An automatic electrohemiluminiscent analyzer Eleksys-2010 (Germany-Japan) makes the survey almost without the operator and provides high-quality results. Period of execution – 1 day:

  • all hormones of the thyroid gland (thyrotropic hormone (TTH), triiodothyronine (T3), free triiodothyronine (Fr. T3), thyroxine (T4), free thyroxine (Fr. T4), thyperoxidase antibodies (At TPO), thyroglobulin antibodies (At TG), TTH receptors antibodies (At-TSHR));
  • oncomarkers (HAFP, HCG, PSA, CFA, SA 125, SA 15-3, SA 19-9, SA 72-4, NSE, calcitonin, thyroglobulin);
  • hormonal studies (follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), progesterone (PRG), total testosterone (T), prolactin (PRL), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS), cortisone, parathyroid hormone, insulin, C-peptide);
  • cardiovascular pathology markers (natriuretic peptide Nt-pro-BNP, creatine kinase-MB, troponin T);
    markers of osseous tissue metabolism (osteocalcin, CrossLaps (telomeres of I type collagen), vitamin D3 (25-OH));
  • diagnostics of anemia (ferritin, folic acid, vitamin B12);
  • prenatal diagnostics (Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), human chorionic gonadotrophin ?-subunit (?-HCG), plasma protein, associated with pregnancy (PAPP-A));
  • infections (toxoplasm (quantitatively) lg M, G, hepatitis A, B, C, German measles lg M, G); immunoglobulin E.

Automatic biochemical analyzer A-25 (Spain). Biochemical surveys are made on an automatic analyzer, eliminating the influence of human factor:

  • liver probes (AlAT, AsAT, GGT, LDH, ALP, albumin, total protein, thymol probe, total bilirubin, direct and indirect);
  • renal probes (urea, creatinine, uric acid, residual nitrogen, urea nitrogen, albumin, total protein, chlorides);
  • blood serum lipids (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, VLDL, triglycerides);
  • minerals (kalium, calcium, magnesium, natrium, phosphorus, zinc, iron, and blood serum IBC);
  • rheumocomplex (C-reactive protein, antistreptolizin O, rheumatoid factor, uric acid, total protein);
  • diagnostics of diabetes (glucose (2 methods: hexokinase + glucose-oxidase), fructosamine,
  • glycosylatedhemoglobin (HbA1c), uric microalbumin, lactate); and others.

Biochemical analyzer BTS-330 (Spain) enables to measure such biochemical parameters as:

  • proteinaceous fractions, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), seromucoids, thymol probe, hepatocuprein, zinc;
  • daily urine survey (vanillymandelic acid, 17-ketosteroids (17-KS), 17-oxycorticosteroids (17-OCS).

Automatic haemotologic analyzer Celly-70 (France). For many decades only manual methods have been used for studying the haemotological parameters (hemoglobin, leucocytes, erythrocytes, thrombocytes etc.). But for the last 15 years, there have been some revolutionary changes in practical haemotologic analysis, that are associated with the development of  hi-tech, multiparametric systems of blood analysis. Celly-70 allows the measurement of 21 haemotologic parameters + leucoformula, that gives the doctor an opportunity to choosethe next specific research, and in some cases, to avoid undue bone marrow puncture.

Immunoenzymometric analyzer Anthos-2020 (Austria) allows us to make a wide spectre of immunoenzymometric studies:

  • Hormonal studies (free testosterone, gamic steroid-binding globulin, androstenedione, 17-OH progesterone (17-OHP), somatotropic hormone (STH), adrenaline, noradrenaline, aldosterone);
  • Prenatal diagnostics (estriol unconjugated (E3), placental lactogen, (PL));
  • iodine in the urine (quantitatively);
  • infections (lg M, A, G to chlamydia, lg M, G to cytomegalovirus (CMV), herpes simplex virus (HSV),
