Компьютерная диагностика организма - Второй этап
Ultrasound scanning of internal and external organs allows us to evaluate structural changes in the body, the stage of the disease, and to focus on the main health problems. It allows us to carry out a thorough examination of the thyroid gland, lactiferous gland, lymph nodes, pathologic changes in soft tissues, organs of abdominal cavity (liver, gall bladder, pancreas, spleen, bladder, prostate, seminal bladders), retroperitoneal space (kidneys, epinephroses, retroperitoneal lymph nodes), scrotum (testicles and their appendages), womb and appendages, conditions of the fetus, placenta, amniotic water, and term of pregnancy. Examination of the spine and joints.
Also, the brain of newlyborns is examined.
Laboratory diagnostics. According to WHO experts, laboratory diagnostics plays an essential role in the modern development of clinical medicine. The results of a laboratory examination provide a quantitative evaluation of functional conditions of the body and its systems. Therefore, the clinic's laboratory diagnostics covers a wide range of research: hematological, clinical, biochemical, hormonal, prenatal, immunologic, cultural, and others. These include both well-known and unfamiliar unique methods of research. Our evaluation of ioduri, markers of metabolism of bone tissue, antibodies of decarboxylasia of the glutamine acid is unique in our region. Our laboratory carries out a complex program of monitoring of the endocrine pathology as well as the pathology of reproductive organs. Analyses are made on modern equipment using qualitative reagents. A biochemical automatic analyzer allows us to obtain the results of the biochemical panel within an hour! Finally, the professional approach of our specialists to each patient, both adult and child, allows us to compile an effective program of laboratory research, to prepare it, and obtain reliable and trustworthy results as quickly as possible.
Dual-energy osteo densitometry - "the golden standard" in measuring bone density and diagnostics of osteoporosis by the Lunar-DPX MD (USA) allows us to reveal the decrease in bone tissue density in the early stages which testifies to the availability of osteopenia or osteoporosis. According to WHO experts, osteoporosis is the world's fourth major disease after cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and oncology in the rating of basic medical-social problems of the present. Digital stationary X-ray-diagnostical complex Alpha (Switzerland) uses a great number of different methods of X-ray diagnostics. These methods not only find various diseases, but also minimize the X-ray effect on the body.
Computer tomography can not only make layerwise cuts on the body, but also penetrate into any organ or extract any organ out of the body, as well as examine it from different sides bringing no harm or unpleasant sensations to the examined body.
Computer electroencephalography with colour charting, computer 16-channel electro-cardiography, computer reophonography and echography allows us to evaluate the biological activity of functions of the brain, heart, and vessels. Echoencephaloscopy is a research method which allows us to reveal high intracranial pressure and evaluate the condition of the cerebral sinuses.
Ultrasound dopplerography is a modern examination method of blood vessels of the brain. Dopplerography allows us to reveal disturbances of the bloodstream due to spasm, stenosis, or thrombosis of the vessels. It helps us to evaluate the level of damage of the vessel, the stage of the stenosis as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the collateral bloodstream. Dopplerography of accessory sinuses of the nose allows us, without X-raying, to evaluate the condition of maxillary sinuses (signs of inflammation, liquid).
Cardio-visor is used for an express evaluation (within 30 seconds) of the condition of the heart by electrocardiogram-signals from the limbs. It is used to reveal pathologic changes in miocardia and progressive changes in the cardiac muscle in the early stages. The analyzer's sensitivity to ischemia (deterioration in blood circulation) is 80% while the sensitivity of a common electrocardiogram is 50-60%.
Daily monitoring of arterial pressure allows us to record all changes in the arterial pressure during waking hours and sleep. Examination results allow the doctor:
- to specify the correct dosage of medicine to adjust blood pressure;
- taking into account the circadiac cycle of increasing and decreasing pressure, to distribute medicine taking in such a way that a hypertonic crisis can be avoided;
- to find "the cause" of hypertonia on the basis of daily "peaks" of arterial blood pressure and to treat the cause, not the effect.
